Just a Quick Hello

Before I fall asleep sitting up

Hello!

So great to see you again. As I write this, I am watching the leaves fall from the trees behind my house and trying not to fall asleep sitting up. The last few weeks have been exhausting. I'm looking forward to a reprieve and some extra writing time tomorrow and next week, but for now, I'm just spent.

I wanted to reach out with the link to my latest article in MamaMia. But...it isn't out yet! Sometimes, for whatever reason, publication dates get pushed back. I anticipate the piece will come out this weekend, and I can't wait to share it with you.

Also upcoming is a tattoo appointment I've had on hold for... *checks watch* two and a half freaking years now. I'm so excited, I had an anxiety dream last night that this toolbox I went to high school with ended up being my artist and tattooed his own name instead of my kid's astrological sign. Needless to say, I'm eager to get that business taken care of. I've been working on the design, and I think I have some really cool ideas that my amazing artist, Ben, will really be able to bring to life.
