So strange, but I was just wondering about you yesterday, Nicci! Thanks for the update. So sorry you're still struggling with the spotting and female issues. I definitely get it when it comes to stepping away from devices and the full inbox. Hopefully when you are able, you can let me know if my comments on the draft of your memoir were helpful. I'll be working on my first revision by year's end.
One book I think everyone should read: Non-violent Communication by Rosenburg. I think if everyone adopted his way of speaking, or at least tried, it would fix a lot of problems we see today. I don't think it would work quite as well as he hopes--I think some people really just see conversation as a zero-sum game with one winner and one loser--but I think it would be a great start.
