Could not agree more about Shrinking! I watched it and then realized my partner would probably really enjoy it and so rewatched it with him and loved it even more. Harrison Ford is the salty, wry funny man we never knew we needed. As you said, all of the characters feel real in the ways they are struggling and taking the small wins. Next season can't come fast enough!
Schedule, for sure!! I don't know if you are like me, but if I don't schedule things, my days will up with urgent, but not important things. It is what is right in front of me and I can "get it done quickly." Then BOOM my time is gone and I have not done important things!! XOXOXO

I don't know if there will be another season of Shrinking but I sure hope so. One of my favorite shows in recent memory.
